I have Heal pain problem since last three years. Treatment from many orthopedic surgeon but no relief from it. Take two injections, 1) local anesthesia, 2) steroid. Please guide me to do further treatment.

USG findings suggest Retro-calcaneal bursitis Please avoid wearing foot wear which rub of touch on the affected area Do Hot Fomentation and apply Dynapar QPS spray and take Tab Flotrip-plus thrice daily and Tab Tendocare twice daily for 5 days

Drink plenty of water about 3-4 litres each day Do Hot fomentation and gentle massage after applying Dynapar QPS spray over the affected region Also do Ankle pump exercises and Quadriceps strengthening exercises Consult a nearby physiotherapist for the same Take Tab Myospas-D and Tab Evion-LC twice daily for next 3 days
