I have pain and swelling in my left foot. Doctor has told it's Partial Paroneal tendon avulsion. Doctor advised to take Rest for 21 days and said no need to do plaster. It's 15 days now I m taking Rest but have swelling till date. Is their any way to recover fast?

You might have been approaching menopause if you have not had your periods. Don't do anything just wait and watch
