Please find attached my blood test report of thyroid test and sugar test. My t3, t4 are normal where as tsh is 7.49 which lill above the normal level. Do I require medication ? Or I want to know how to get this treated ?

I'm diabetic for last 1 year, not taking any medicine. By doing some yoga/exercises I maintain sugar level fasting 95-120 and after meal 160-180. I test weekly at home. Is this ok or I should take medicine as well?

I am a diabetic patient and my uric acid is increased doctor has given me febustat 80 for one month but no significant results. earlier when I was not a diabetic then also I have increased uric acid problem but then I used to take zyloric 80 and that was best for me means uric acid get controlled. so can I use again zyloric 80 instead of febustat 80 and for how long.
