I suffer from erectile dysfunction for last 10 years. I take Megalis 10mg before having intercourse. This is very costly and moreover next morning I suffer from headache. Is there any alternative and cheaper way to address the issue?

Hello PATIENT to 1mg. This is very good and proven medicine. Headache is common problem. Other medicine will not help you much.
