I was fall from the bike on 23rd March while driving on the road and got injured on the left side of shoulder and from that time a hard pain starts at the back side of the left shoulder, I taken Voveron 75 and my top 150mg, and aply an ointments muscodac but I still felling pain so pls suggest me what should I do,
At the time snatching pain go on high level .

I got injured while playing hockey on 1May 2014. At that time the Doctors said that the ligaments of the left knee were affected. My knee has lost the strength from that day , I am unable to run for more than 5-10 minutes in a continues stretch more over even if I walk more my knees pain a lot.
