Im suffering with excessive bleeding during periods past 1yr.my doctor prescribed trapic tablets for mild bleeding, trapic injection mixed in saline for severe bleeding. She advised me to go for hysterectomy surgery.I already went through spinal surgery( L4L5 fixation),so scared of surgery pls provide me alternative treatment option

Firstly get your hormones evaluated and a recent ultrasound of pelvis done to know cause of heavy bleeding because at your age you should be reaching menopause. Treatment is possible only after detailed evaluation and diagnosis

Reduced pi is a cause of concern in case you have hypertension complication in pregnancy. However just stand alone low pi in normal pregnancy is not a cause of concern . Please discuss this with your doctor as she would have a full evaluation of your case

Take care of your diet and exercise daily. PCOD is nothing but a hormonal disturbance. There is no permanant cure for it.
