Meet a near by dentist and get an X ray done. For pain relief take Tab. Keterol DT. 10 mg Dissolve in 5 ml of water and drink. Actually it is not ethical for a professional to prescribe medicines on a public forum like this. But for a doctor reducing patients pain is the first priority. Gud luck and do not neglect. Pls meet a decent dentist. If it is a wisdom tooth problem get it removed by an oral surgeon MDS. Regards
