I m feeling sharp pain in back side of neck from today morning , it pains when i move my neck

I have spinal prolapse since January 2015 and the pain is still persistent even after regular physiotherapy for 1 month. There is too much stiffness on the left side of the lower back and the left leg.

Right side leg knee to foot bulking and pain. It's after feldown sitting after some affecting back born and skip born.

Pain in left knee joint only after it comes under some pressure , mostly during bathroom sitting.it's happening for around 1 month.

Lower back upper back chest pain and shortten of breath Less movement of body due to pain
