My mom has severe back pain since 8 days, she is unable to sleep at all, all the time restless No motions since 8 days n slight fever, she is not eating well also I HV attached a spine MRI report MRI done yesterday only

Ask her to avoid forward bending and Avoid lifting any weights do hot fomentation and apply Ibugesic Nano gel and take Tab Myospas-D thrice daily and Tab Flotrip-forte thrice daily and Cap Nurokind-Gold twice daily for 5 days
Also give her a single shot of both Injection Myoril-4mg and Injection Nurokind-Gold
