My wife PATIENT has been suffering from arthritis for last six months but here is no positive response till date.so please suggest a proper prescription. Present treatment such as below:-1. Cap Happy-D(empty stomach), Tab cortimax 6mg(BD), Tab Folitrax 30mg once a week(Wednesday), Tab Folic Acid5mg. once a week(Thursday), Tab Lefno 20mg(OD-ES), Tab HCQ 400mg(OD), Tab Nebicard-SM 5mg(OD), Cap Bio-D3 Max(OD) at lunch, Tab Vertin-OD 24mg at dinner, Tab Flucan 200mg once a week(Sunday), Inj Neurobion forte once a week.
Please see the attached Prescription of Dr. Chirag Tandon.Awaited for an early & positive response.

She seems to be suffering from inflammatory arthritis
It's better to show her to rheumatologist as I do not deal with this problem at all
There are newer medicines available do you days which are much more effective though expensive
They are studied and written by Rhematology ionly

dear PATIENT Chest x ray is within normal limits except for hyperinflation which could be due to technique of x ray/mild bronchitis. Above medicines are usually very effective in treatment of bronchitis,However if they are not helpful, then you may require further examination/testing

diabetic patient since 2002. taking now glycomet gp2 + galvas 50 mg BD and matilda ER OD. still fasting 150 and PP 190. what should i do?. should i inrease metforming 500 to 1000?. my HB1AC is 6.7

You stop all above drugs you start with reclimet 80mg / 500 mg BD. One before breakfast and one before dinner along with this you take voglitor 0.2 mg just before lunch For 10 days zincovit tab once a day Pantop 40mg for 5 days take one hr before breakfast

Hello. Thanks for taking time out for this. I had a ligament tear in thumb for which my Ortho prescribed the following meds (salt-wise): 1. Calcium Citrate Maleate (Medbone Forte Tablets) 2. Multivitamin (Grip fit Tablets) 3. Domperidome and propantoprazole 4. Lornoxicam and paracetamol (Topcam-p tablets) The problem I had was that my problem was strength related and I felt almost no pain in the area. Do I still need to take tab no. 4?? Similarly can u skip the domperidome tablet, if I don't get gas from taking the first two?? Would this be safe or do I need to have all of them for the whole session? Thank you for concern. P.S- All tablets to be had twice a day for two weeks, as per the doctor.

ideally u should not skip the Domperidone+ pantop, becoz its also given for protection of gastric mucosa from side effect of paiinkiller, so better u take it , if u taking lornoxicam & PCm, and if u dont have pain u can stop no 4 meds
