Since last 3 days I'm having severe throat pain and dried nose and sinus area. From yesterday I'm taking asithromisine 500 tab 1 daily. Along with that I'm taking Combiflam tab Daily 3 times . Slight fever is also there . The current problem is that the pain is so severe and it is spreading towards the left ear also . Can't even drink a glass of water due to pain , could u please advise a better medicine for pain . Regards PATIENT

I think u should visit ent specialist near you as it require proper examination p

It can be due to infection of hair inside nose. Visit ent specilaust for proper examination and u may require antibiotics
