After taking insulin your blood sugar is not in normal limit which indicates ,you need to consult your diabatologist and also meet a diabatic educator as he can make a diabatic food chart for you .

At present no need. Take more precautions to your diet and do exercise regularly. Repeat lipid profile after one month.

Taking bgr34,ongliza 5mg,glimepride 2mg,metaformin 500mg past my pp sugar is below 140 now 194-325

You need to follow diabetic diet chart and need to take medicines regularly as advised by your doctor
