is metronidazole safe during pregnancy

The upper part of my head top part got swells occasionally when I go out in heat. It's not regular but happens once in a month.

Getting pimples on top of penis, also itching on legs, back and belly also. Small pimples getting up after itching

I have itching and red mark on the head of penis and diffict to move upper skin

There some red colour spot with rashes on my penis i think it is infection but there is no. Itchiness only pain when i touch to that part of rashes suggest me some
