Very high sugar always use insulin daily and tablet like glim & metformin and voglibose Sugar level is always 300 plus from last 2 years sugar history is 12 years and heart angioplasty from 1 year

You should keep your sugar level in normal limits. Needs some dose adjustment in the medicine you are taking. So discuss with your doctor and stay regular follow up with your doctor. Also do exercise regularly and get diabetic diet chart from your diabatologist and follow it.

Along with medicine try to control with diet also. Get proper diabetic diet chart from your diabatologist and follow it. Do exercise regularly. Sugar level will be in normal limits.

If your sugar level is not in normal limits with this medicine can change. But close monitoring of sugar level needed. Also take more precautions to diet also. Without diet control medicine doesn't work.

You needs to confirm about your diet failure first. I think you are not following proper diabetic diet . Discuss with your doctor as you needs to make some dose adjustment in the medicine you are taking. If you are not having any diet failure
