I was suffering lower back pain since 8-9 months . Initially visited three different physiotherapists -started exercises, stretching positions , blood diagnosis done , x-ray done ,but couldn't find a permanent solution for my back pain . His team too is great . Dr.Sachin Pathak also visited to see me if I am doing fine after surgery , suggestions were given ,do's & don'ts were shared.
