Product introduction
Allegra-D Tablet ER may be taken with or without food, in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. Take it as and when necessary as prescribed by the doctor.
The most common side effects of this medicine are headache, insomnia, nausea, dizziness, agitation, dry mouth, dyspepsia, and palpitation. Most of these are temporary and usually resolve with time. Please consult your doctor if any of these side effects do not resolve or persist for a longer duration.
