How Andre Plus Ophthalmic Solution works
Andre Plus Eye Drops is a combination of four medicines: Naphazoline, Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose and Zinc. Naphazoline is a decongestant which narrows the blood vessels of the eye to relieve inflammation (redness and swelling). Chlorpheniramine is an antiallergic which blocks the action of certain chemical messengers responsible for red, itchy, teary eyes. Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a lubricating formulation similar to natural tears. It provides temporary relief from burning and discomfort due to dryness in the eye. Zinc works as an antiseptic to clear bacterial infection in the eyes and relieve irritation.

Quick tips
- Andre Plus Eye Drops provides soothing relief from eye irritation due to allergy.
- It should usually be used twice a day (in the morning and the evening). If your symptoms are particularly severe, your doctor may suggest you use them up to four times a day.
- To avoid contamination, do not touch the dropper tip or let it touch your eye or any other surface.
- After applying Andre Plus Eye Drops, close your eyes, and place one finger at the corner of your eye. Apply gentle pressure for 1 to 2 minutes before opening your eyes. This will prevent the medication from draining out. Try not to blink or rub your eye.
- Avoid wearing contact lenses until your doctor advises you that it is suitable for you to wear your lenses again.
