Antiflow MF Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat heavy menstrual bleeding and menstrual pain. It prevents the breakdown of blood clots to control excessive bleeding during periods. It also blocks the production of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation.
You can take Antiflow MF Tablet at any time of day, with food, but it is best to take it at the same time each day. It should be taken on first day of the periods to get the most benefit. Keep taking it for as long as advised by your doctor. Take this medicine in the dose and duration advised by the doctor and if you have missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember. Remember to finish the full course of treatment even if you feel better. Inform your doctor if you do not observe any change in periods even after 3 consecutive periods.
The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, stomach pain, headache, nasal congestion, sinus pain, sinus inflammation, rash, tiredness, and musculoskeletal (bone, muscle or joint) pain. It may also cause diarrhea, so it is better to take plenty of fluids while taking this medicine as it may help to prevent dehydration. It is advised to consult with your doctor if you do not notice any changes in periods after 3 consecutive periods.

What if you forget to take Antiflow MF Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Antiflow MF Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
