It is usually taken once daily on an empty stomach, at least one hour before or two hours after meals, as food can affect its absorption. To maximize its benefits, stay away from known allergens, keep your living environment dust-free, and maintain proper hydration.
Common side effects of Bilbil-M Tablet include headache, cough, fatigue, fever, abdominal pain, diarrhea, drowsiness, and otitis media. These symptoms are usually mild and go away on their own. How Bilbil-M Tablet works
Bilbil-M Tablet is a combination of two medicines: bilastine and montelukast. Bilastine is an antiallergic medication. It treats allergy symptoms such as itching, swelling, and rashes by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body. Montelukast works by blocking the action of leukotriene, a chemical messenger. This reduces inflammation in the airways to relieve symptoms of allergies.

What if you forget to take Bilbil-M Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Bilbil-M Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
