How Caloe Lotion works
Caloe Lotion is a combination of three medicines. Calamine has mild astringent and antipruritic actions. It is an anti-itch medication that works by causing a cooling sensation as it evaporates on your skin. Aloe Vera is a plant. Its extracts form a protective layer on the skin by restoring moisture, so that it feels hydrated and refreshed. Liquid Paraffin is an emollient (a substance that softens or soothes the skin). It works by preventing water loss from the outer layer of the skin. This relieves dryness and leaves the skin soft and hydrated.
