Magnesium is an antacid that neutralizes the excessive acid in the stomach. Vitamin K2-7 plays a central role in the metabolism of calcium, the main mineral found in your bones and teeth. Vitamin K2-7 activates the calcium-binding actions of two proteins: matrix GLA protein and osteocalcin, which help build and maintain bone health. Methylcobalamin is a form of vitamin B12 that restores its level in the body, thereby helping in treating certain anemias and nerve problems.
