Product introduction

Capsy 50mg Gel is used in the treatment of cancer of breast, colon and rectum. It may be also used to treat other conditions, as determined by the doctor.

Capsy 50mg Gel is sometimes used with certain other medicines as part of combination chemotherapy. It prevent cancer cells from growing, as a result of which they eventually die. This stops the spread of cancer cells in the body. Frequency of hair loss is much less compared to other chemotherapy drugs. This medicine often causes nausea and vomiting. However, it is important that you continue to receive the medicine, even if you begin to feel ill. Do not stop taking this medicine without first checking with your doctor.

This medicine may temporarily reduce the number of blood cells in your blood thereby, increasing the susceptibility to infections. Regular blood tests are required to check your blood cells along with kidney, liver and heart function during treatment with this medicine. It is important to use effective contraception to avoid getting pregnant or fathering a child during treatment.
