Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Carnione M Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

Carnione M Tablet is a combination of vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals. Coenzyme Q10 is an antioxidant and a fat-soluble compound that helps the mitochondria (the powerhouse of cells) convert food into energy. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) is vital for the growth and functional development of the brain in babies. In adults, it is needed for the maintenance of normal brain function. DHA improves learning ability, whereas its deficiency is associated with learning deficits. Eicosapentaenoic acid prevents the blood from clotting easily, reduces triglyceride levels, and may also reduce pain and swelling. L-arginine is converted into a chemical called nitric oxide that relaxes blood vessels for improved blood flow. It also stimulates the release of the growth hormone, insulin, and other substances in the body. Lycopene is a powerful antioxidant that protects the body from damaging molecules called free radicals and helps boost the immune system. Selenium acts as a resource of selenium that prevents cell damage and protects the body from the poisonous effects of heavy metals and other harmful substances. Levo-carnitine helps turn the fats present in ingested food into energy. Methylcobalamin corrects vitamin B12 deficiency, thereby helping in treating certain anemias and nerve problems. If you miss a dose of Carnione M Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
