Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Do not stop taking it suddenly without talking to your doctor as it may worsen your symptoms.
Some common side effects that may be seen with this medicine include vomiting, lightheadedness, loss of appetite, runny nose, stomach upset, tongue irritation, and flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck, and trunk). However, these are temporary and usually subside on their own after some time. Please consult your doctor if these do not subside or bother you.
Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you ever had any problems with your kidneys or if you have or ever had any seizures (epilepsy or fits). Your dose depends on your age and the condition you are being treated for. Always let your doctor know about all the medicines that you are taking before you start with your treatment. How Cereloid Tablet works
Cereloid 1mg Tablet is a fungal derivative. It has a dual mechanism of action of partial agonism/antagonism on adrenergic, dopaminergic and serotonergic receptors. It acts centrally, decreasing vascular tone and slowing the heart rate, and acts peripherally to block alpha-receptors. One other possible mechanism is the effect of Cereloid 1mg Tablet on neuronal cell metabolism, resulting in improved oxygen uptake and cerebral metabolism, thereby normalizing depressed neurotransmitter levels.
