Product introduction

Coryza CT Tablet is a medicine used in the treatment of common cold symptoms. It provides relief from symptoms like runny or blocked nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. It also blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain, inflammation, and fever.

How Coryza CT Tablet works

Coryza CT Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Paracetamol, Phenylpropanolamine and Cetirizine which relieve common cold symptoms. Paracetamol is a analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that causes fever and pain. Phenylpropanolamine is a sympathomimetic agonist. It narrows blood vessels in the nose to relieve congestion. Cetirizine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.

Coryza CT Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Coryza CT Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. May cause excessive sleepiness in patients with end stage kidney disease.
Liver
SAFE IF PRESCRIBED
Coryza CT Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Coryza CT Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

What if you forget to take Coryza CT Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Coryza CT Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
