Diclotaj 25mg Suppository is a pain-relieving medicine. It is used for treating post-operative pain and inflammation. This route is administered in cases where any other route is not possible, such as unconscious individuals or in children.
Diclotaj 25mg Suppository is for rectal use only. Remove the wrapper from the suppository before inserting it. Keep lying down for about 15 minutes after insertion so that the suppository does not come out before it melts. It starts working within one hour.
Nausea, constipation, anal irritation, anal itching, and black-colored stools are some of the side effects that might be seen with rectal administration. Inform your doctor immediately if any rash or allergic reaction is observed while taking this medicine. Pregnant and nursing women should use it under medical supervision only. It should be used with caution in patients with liver and kidney disease or alcohol abuse. It is not recommended in patients with severe or active liver disease.
