Digusil Mps Tablet It helps to manage acidity, heartburn, indigestion, gastritis (inflammation of the stomach), and stomach upset. It contains aluminium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide and dimethicone. They help to neutralise excess acid in the stomach and support the expulsion of gas and belching.
