Given medicine were not very useful but excercise.i am doing excercise last 6 months. But still not recovered. , only 20%. Knee inflammation still exist. when i play badminton in evening after warm up, during playing no problem occur. on morning of next day knee & back pain make me feel. after excercise i get some relax. kindly suggest solid solution as i want a healthy life with less medicinal use.
