Sir/Ma'am, I feel pain in the heel of both the legs especially when I get up from the bed in the morning. After walking couple of steps, it goes away. there is no bone problem reported in the Xray report. Please guide me what could be the reason?
When i stand static for an hour , my back and knee start paining.knee pain like inflammation. while on walking or running or playing nothing happen like this. This is happening since 2 year. i have consulted doctor , on his suggestion i have got MRI of spine done. He told me that their swelling on one point in spine. suggested an excercise (Naukaaasan) . Given medicine were not very useful but excercise.i am doing excercise last 6 months. But still not recovered. , only 20%. Knee inflammation still exist. when i play badminton in evening after warm up, during playing no problem occur. on morning of next day knee & back pain make me feel. after excercise i get some relax. kindly suggest solid solution as i want a healthy life with less medicinal use.
