What if you forget to take Disperzyme Tablet?

I met with bike accident on Aug 29, 2016.My thigh got some bruises. it was fine without any pain and swelling till 4 sep, 2016 . after that it get started swelling. although there was no pain. on Sep 9, it got tightly swelled and start paining on movement or by pressing the swelling. After consulting with local doctor , he said , it maybe water trapped or blood trapped in between muscles of thigh. It is still paining and tight-swelled.Said it will be aspirated by syringe or operation. I am taking antibiotic , painkiller, paracetamol.I don't want to go through any surgical procedure .Kindly advise.
