Divorel AS 50mg/500mg/20mg Tablet is a combination medicine used to treat muscle pain. It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation. It also relaxes the muscles in the stomach or intestines and relieves cramps and pain.

Divorel AS 50mg/500mg/20mg Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. The dose will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should take it as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by the doctor.

Using this medicine may cause some common side effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite, and dryness in the mouth. How Divorel AS Tablet works

Divorel AS 50mg/500mg/20mg Tablet is a combination of three medicines: Diclofenac, Chlorzoxazone and Dicyclomine. Diclofenac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (swelling). Chlorzoxazone is a muscle relaxant. It works on the centres in the brain and spinal cord to relieve muscle stiffness or spasm and improve movement of muscles. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic which relaxes the muscles in the stomach and gut (intestine) and relieves cramps and pain.

What if you forget to take Divorel AS Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Divorel AS 50mg/500mg/20mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
