Product introduction

Dolobak 100mg/450mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines used in the treatment of pain due to muscle spasm. It improves the movement of muscles and provides relief from pain and discomfort associated with muscle spasms.

Dolobak 100mg/450mg Tablet can be taken with or without food. You should take it regularly as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by your doctor.

Using of this medicine can cause some common side effects such as stomach upset, dizziness, weakness, and sleepiness. If any of these side effects bother you or do not go away with time, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may help with ways to reduce or prevent these side effects.

The medicine may not be suitable for everybody. Before taking it, let your doctor know if you have any problems with your heart, kidneys, or liver. To make sure it is safe for you, let your doctor also know all the other medicines you are taking. Pregnant and breastfeeding mothers should first consult their doctors before using the medicine.

How Dolobak Tablet works

Dolobak 100mg/450mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines: Paracetamol and Chlormezanone, which relieves pain and relax the muscles. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain and fever. Chlormezanone is a muscle relaxant. It works by acting on the centers in the brain and spinal cord to relieve the muscle stiffness or spasm.

However, Dolobak 100mg/450mg Tablet contains paracetamol which is considered the safest painkiller for kidney disease patients.
Liver
CAUTION
Dolobak 100mg/450mg Tablet should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Dolobak 100mg/450mg Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
However, the use of Dolobak 100mg/450mg Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe liver disease and active liver disease.
