Domaspas Tablet is a combination of two medicines used to treat colicky pain. It reduces abdominal pain and cramps by relaxing the muscles of the stomach and gut.
Domaspas Tablet may be taken with or without food. It should be taken in the dose and duration advised by your doctor. It is important not to miss doses and to keep taking them until your doctor tells you it is safe to stop. Don’t stop using this medicine without asking your doctor.
It may cause side effects like vomiting, nausea, dryness in the mouth, weakness, and constipation in some patients. These are usually mild and disappear after a short time. Take this medicine before meals and at bedtime or as directed by your doctor.

How Domaspas Tablet works
This is a combination of two medicines: Tramadol and Dicyclomine. Tramadol is an opioid analgesic (pain reliever) which works by blocking transmission of pain signals to the brain to lower pain perception. Dicyclomine is an anticholinergic. It works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms), thereby relieving abdominal cramps and pain.
