Product introduction
Dutadon Tablet is used in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia. It shrinks the size of the enlarged prostate gland to relieve symptoms like pain and difficulty in passing urine.
It should be taken by mouth with or without food. This medicine is given for long time as takes few months to show its effects. Thus, it is important to take it as advised by doctor and complete the full course of treatment.
It is usually well tolerated. However, it may produce some mild sexual side effects such as low sexual drive. Remember you should not donate blood for 6 months after taking the last dose of this medicine.

How to use Dutadon Tablet
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Dutadon Tablet may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
How Dutadon Tablet works
Dutadon Tablet is a 5-alpha reductase inhibitors. It blocks an enzyme which is necessary to change testosterone to another hormone that causes the prostate to grow. As a result, it helps to shrink the prostate and relieve the symptoms like difficulty in passing urine.

What if you forget to take Dutadon Tablet?
