Evolon Cream is identical to a female hormone, estriol (a type of estrogen). It is used to treat symptoms associated with menopause. This topical preparation helps to treat vaginal burning, dryness, and itching caused by a lack of estriol or estrogen.
You should use Evolon Cream in the way your doctor advises. It may depend on whether you have had any kind of hormonal replacement treatment (HRT) before. Even if your symptoms improve, you should continue the treatment as it has been prescribed. Follow hygiene instructions and complete the full course. Consult your doctor for any concerns or side effects.
Common side effects of Evolon Cream include fluid retention, nausea, breast discomfort, and pain (mastalgia), postmenopausal spotting (vaginal bleeding), cervical discharge (vaginal discharge), and vaginal irritation. Not everyone should experience the same side effects; they can differ. Consult your doctor if you experience any severe side effects or if they worsen. Tell your doctor if you experience bleeding in your vagina. Your doctor may give you an alternative medicine.
Before using this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you have unexplained vaginal bleeding or if you have ever had a blood clot in your legs or your lungs. Once you have started using this medicine, you should have regular checkups to discuss the benefits of your treatment. It should not interact with any other medicines. It is not usually recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Benefits of Evolon Vaginal Cream
In Treatment of Menopausal symptoms
Evolon Cream is a female hormone, identical to a hormone that your body makes naturally called estriol. When you have too little of this hormone (after menopause), the vaginal wall can become thin and dry. This can make sexual intercourse painful, and you may get vaginal infections. Evolon Cream will help relieve vaginal dryness, inflammation, and itching that may occur after menopause. It may take a few weeks before you notice an improvement, so keep using the medicine even if you think it is not working to get the full benefits. It has very few side effects and will also make you less likely to have vaginal or urinary infections.

How Evolon Vaginal Cream works
Evolon Cream contains estriol (a type of estrogen—female sex hormone). It works by delivering estriol (estrogens) directly into the vagina to relieve vaginal symptoms of menopause such as dryness, burning, irritation, and painful sexual intercourse. Additionally, it helps restore the normal vaginal pH and microflora, improving the health of the urogenital epithelium and reducing the risk of infections.
