Fila-Cet 150mg/5mg Tablet is a combination of two medicines that effectively treat filariasis. It fights against the worms to relieve the discomfort caused due to the infestation.
Fila-Cet 150mg/5mg Tablet is a prescription medicine. It is advised to take it as the prescription. It should be taken with food, but it must be taken at a fixed time to ensure better efficacy. Do not consume more than the recommended dose, as this may have harmful effects on your body. If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. The treatment must be completed even if you feel better.
Fila-Cet 150mg/5mg Tablet may lead to some side effects such as nausea, weakness, headaches, dryness of mouth, etc. To overcome any such side effects, it is advised to eat a healthy balanced diet and drink plenty of fluid. Diethylcarbamazine works by decreasing the muscular activity and causing paralysis of these worms while Cetirizine decreases the raised eosinophil count (white blood cells) and controls allergic symptoms like cough and breathlessness.

What if you forget to take Fila-Cet Tablet?
If you miss a dose of Fila-Cet 150mg/5mg Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
