Koycal Syrup is a combination of medicines that are used to treat cough and symptoms of common cold. It relieves symptoms such as runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing.

Koycal Syrup should be used in the dose and duration as advised by the doctor. Check the label before use. Do not take this medicine more than the recommended dose. Inform your doctor if you are taking any medicine or have any known allergy to this medicine.

The common side effects of this medicine include upset stomach and sleepiness. These symptoms are usually well-tolerated and are for a very short duration. How to use Koycal Syrup

How Koycal Syrup works

Koycal Syrup is a combination of three medicines: Diphenhydramine, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide and Phenylpropanolamine. Diphenhydramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain. Phenylpropanolamine is a decongestant. It narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.

What if you forget to take Koycal Syrup?
