The child had mild fever, runny nose and sore throat since sunday A/N. Consulted and advised Azithromicyne 200mg, 3.5 ml,OD, Paracetamol + mefenamic acid, 6ml, thrice and Ascoril flu( Phenilephrine+ Chlorepheniramine), 5 ml, Thrice. Started medicine from yesterday. runny nose is almost ok but fever down after medicine but comes again after 4-5 hours of medicine. A little cough also there. The child is not taking food due to sore throat and poor appetite. Please advice wether medicine to continue or otherwise.
