While on treatment with this medicine, avoid activities that increase your risk of bleeding or injury.
Common side effects of this medicine include injection site pain, bleeding, headache, increased blood platelets, breathing problems, edema, anemia, fever, diarrhea, and increased liver enzymes. A severe headache could be a sign of bleeding in the brain. A severe stomach ache could be a sign of bleeding in the stomach. Bleeding can be dangerous and may not be obvious. It is indicated for the treatment of PE not requiring thrombolytic therapy or surgery and supports both initial and extended treatment to reduce recurrence risk.
In Acute coronary syndrome
Megmanox 60mg Injection is used in acute coronary syndromes, including unstable angina, non-ST-elevation myocardial infarction (NSTEMI), and ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI). When used with antiplatelet therapy, it helps prevent further thrombus formation in coronary arteries and reduces the risk of myocardial infarction and death during plaque rupture.
