What if you forget to take Melslumb Tablet?

I can not sleep more than 5 hours,i had thyroid problem,for that thyroid .75 is taking,also taking asomax for b p problem though it is 130/90, my main problem sins is I can't sleep more than 5 hours ,
Patient is not able to sleep without? sleeping pills and whenever she try to lay down she feels problem presently doctors r given her IV metrindazole and NS-9%, Ciprofloxacin but no positive result is seen. Now they r suggesting for MRI, rest test like EACH and BP is normal. Please suggest what to do
