How Meltrim Cream works

It produces lightening of your skin by decreasing the number of melanocytes (those specialized cells that make melanin, the pigment in your skin that produces your skin tone) present or produced in your skin. Tretinoin is a form of vitamin A that helps the skin to renew itself more quickly. Allantoin is a skin protectant which works as a moisturizer and relieves minor skin irritations.
