Taking Milborn with any of the following medicines can modify the effect of either of them and cause some undesirable side effects
Do not consume Tranylcypromine with Milnacipran. If Tranylcypromine is essential, ensure a gap of At least 5 to 7 days before starting and two weeks after discontinuing Milnacipran
Do not consume Selegiline with Milnacipran. If Selegiline is essential, ensure a gap of at least 2 weeks after discontinuing Milnacipran. Please consult your doctor.
