Minocort Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called steroids. It is used in the treatment of Addison's disease (inadequate production of natural steroid hormones by the adrenal glands) and congenital adrenal hyperplasia (a genetic condition that affects the adrenal glands).
Minocort Tablet should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an stomach upset. To get maximum benefit of the medicine, take it regularly and at the fixed time of each day. Do not discontinue taking the medication without talking to your doctor as it may worsen your symptoms.
