Do not stop taking it until you have finished the complete course, even when you feel better. Lifestyle changes like low-fat diet, exercise and not smoking may help this medicine to work better.

Stomach pain, diarrhea, and headache are some common side effects of this medicine. This medicine increases your risk of bleeding, so it is important to be careful while shaving, cutting nails, using sharp objects, or engaging in contact sports (e.g., football, wrestling). It may also produce dizziness initially, avoid driving or attention seeking activity while taking this medicine.

Besides, it also contains a blood thinner, Aspirin, that prevents the formation of blood clots and also prevents the existing ones from growing bigger in size. This helps the blood flow freely around your body thereby preventing a heart attack or stroke (or deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism).
This medicine can help increase your ability to exercise and go about your daily life more easily by reducing the frequency of angina attacks. You should take it regularly and as long as it is prescribed for it to work effectively.

Driving

Kidney

Monosprin DS 30 Tablet should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. Dose adjustment of Monosprin DS 30 Tablet may be needed. Please consult your doctor.
Use of Monosprin DS 30 Tablet is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease.

Liver

Monosprin DS 30 Tablet is probably safe to use in patients with liver disease. Limited data available suggests that dose adjustment of Monosprin DS 30 Tablet may not be needed in these patients. Please consult your doctor.

What if you forget to take Monosprin Tablet?

If you miss a dose of Monosprin DS 30 Tablet, take it as soon as possible. However, if it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and go back to your regular schedule. Do not double the dose.
