Your child’s medicine at a glance
Moxbro Kid Tablet is used in children for the treatment of a variety of bacterial respiratory tract infections as well as diseases like bronchial asthma where the course is complicated by a bacterial infestation.
Give Moxbro Kid Tablet either with or without food, preferably at a fixed time. Taking it with food may prevent the risk of a stomach upset. It is usually given three times a day but this may vary depending on the type and severity of the infection and your child’s body weight and age. Stick to the dose, time, and way prescribed by the doctor. If your child vomits within 30 minutes of taking the medicine, repeat the dose when your child feels better. However, do not double the dose if it is the time for the next dose.
Moxbro Kid Tablet can cause some minor and temporary side effects such as nausea, vomiting, headache, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and mild skin rash. These side effects should ideally subside on their own. But, in case these side effects persist or become bothersome for your child, report to the doctor without a delay.
Tell your child’s doctor if your child has had any previous episode of allergy, heart problem, a blood disorder, birth defects, airway obstruction, lung anomaly, gastrointestinal problem, skin disorder, and kidney malfunction. This information will guide the doctor in planning your child’s overall treatment.
