The first dose of MR-Vac Vaccine should be given to infants at the start of 12 months and the second dose at 4 years. In Prevention of Rubella
Rubella is a viral infection that causes red rash on the body. It is transmitted by airborne droplets when infected people sneeze or cough. It occurs most often in children and young adults. Rubella infection in pregnant woman can result in miscarriage, stillbirth or serious birth defects. MR-Vac Vaccine helps protect against this infection when taken at the right time.
