This medicine can alter your thinking or reactions and you may feel very tired so be careful if you drive or need to be alert. In general, alcohol is not recommended while taking this medicine.
N-Sanigest 200mg Tablet contains progesterone, a female hormone that is important in the regulation of ovulation and menstruation. It is used to cause menstrual periods in women who have not reached menopause but are not having periods due to a lack of natural progesterone in the body. Progesterone helps to prepare the uterus for pregnancy by causing the uterus lining (endometrium) to thicken. This increases the chance of a successful pregnancy. You should use the medicine as prescribed for it to be effective. You may be asked to continue with this treatment for a period after becoming pregnant.
In Hormone replacement therapy

Psychiatry
You need to visit Psychiatrist for same. Indian law does not allow us to prescribe medication online. I could help you to find better psychiatrist. In my opinion, to improve mood, in addition to current medications you need non pharmacological approach too. You need to take therapy (cognitive behavioural therapy). I would suggest to visit VIMHANS and visit Dr. Shivani Agraval there. She shall help you in that. Please give my reference, she will help you. - Dr. Ambrish Dharmadhikari Consultant Psychiatrist, Mumbai
