Nacl 6 Eye Ointment is for external use only. It works by cleansing action. It cleans the eye and withdraws water from the front surface of the cornea which is the swollen cornea. This action relieves swelling in the eye which helps in clearing your vision.

You should use it in a dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Before using this medicine, check the label. To use, hold it close to the eye. Gently press so that the medicine gets placed inside the lower eyelid.

The most common side effects may include burning sensation. After using this medicine, do not drive as it may cause blurring of the vision. Inform your doctor if you are on any other medication or are allergic to this medicine.

Hello doctor,I am a student so I sleep late and I rarely get a sleep of more than 7 hours and there's significant usage of phone while I'm awake. My eyesight seems to be normal but when I wake up in the morning, my eyelids are heavy and I find it difficult to keep my eyes open and there is minor irritation in the eyes. It goes away as the day progresses and after I wash my eyes properly in the morning. Please let me know what could be the problem and what medicine should I take to counter it. Thanks a lot :)
