Prolonged B12 deficiency can lead to nerve degeneration and irreversible neurological damage. Methylcobalamin corrects vitamin B12 deficiency, thereby helping in treating certain anemias and nerve problems. Nicotinamide (vitamin B3) exhibits neuroprotective properties, reduces cholesterol levels and other fatty substances in the blood, and increases good cholesterol.
