Nicip Fen 50 mg/100 mg Capsule is a pain-relieving medicine. It is used to treat pain and inflammation in conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, and osteoarthritis. It is also used to relieve muscle pain, back pain, toothache, or pain in the ear and throat.

Nicip Fen 50 mg/100 mg Capsule should be taken with food. This will prevent you from getting an upset stomach. The dose will depend on what you are taking it for and how well it helps your symptoms. You should take it as advised by your doctor. Do not take more or use it for a longer duration than recommended by the doctor.

The most common side effects of this medicine include nausea, vomiting, heartburn, stomach pain, diarrhea, and loss of appetite. If any of these side effects bother you or get worse, you should let your doctor know. Your doctor may be able to suggest ways of preventing or reducing the side effects.

Before taking it, you should let your doctor know if you have a history of ulcer or bleeding in your stomach, high blood pressure, or have any trouble with your heart, kidneys, or liver. Note: As per the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Nicip Fen 50 mg/100 mg Capsule is banned for children under 12 years of age.

How Nicip Fen Capsule works

Nicip Fen 50 mg/100 mg Capsule is a combination of two medicines: Diclofenac and Nimesulide which relieve pain. Diclofenac and Nimesulide are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that are responsible for pain, fever, and inflammation (redness).

I am getting fever 100-101 starts with feeling of colder and then one of medical store person suggested to take nicip plus after having that fever get down to normal and its effect stays for 8hrs approx. Kindly suggest is it ok to take nicip plus for 3days would take some other medicine.

Is nicip is safe for heart in case taken during headach or fever, because I m suffering from high BP (150 to 160 average) and I m taking routinely nicip and dolo 650 mg , I have sever headach problem. I had taken treatment from many doctors but no outcome Is observed hence I m taking these medicines on my own please suggest it is safe for me or not.
