Nicovas 1000mg Tablet is a dietary supplement used in the treatment of nutritional deficiencies. It is an essential nutrient with good antioxidant property and a number of other health benefits. It helps in the functioning of a number of hormones and neurotransmitters.

Nicovas 1000mg Tablet may be taken with or without food. Take it in the dose and duration advised by the doctor. Take it regularly at the same time each day to get maximum benefits from it. Do not take it more than or longer than prescribed by the doctor, as that may cause harmful effects.

Avoid junk food and any kind of beverages (tea, coffee, aerated drinks, cold drinks, etc.) Avoid canned/ tinned food or food that contains preservatives (eat fresh ones). Avoid vigorous exercises or any supplements provided by the gym!
